In order for Markaspa guests to receive the best service, spa businesses that will join the Markaspa chain gain the right to operate a franchise after completing the 30-day training, orientation and complementary development process offered by Markaspa. Businesses in the Markaspa franchise system do not pay special franchise fees for the first year.

If the franchise branch business wishes to continue the franchise system in line with their satisfaction with the contributions of Markaspa solutions and development and growth support in the spa business in the first year, the decision to be made by Markaspa officials and franchise branch officials will be made by mutual approval of the standard participation conditions valid for all franchise branches. They can ensure the continuity of the rights process accordingly.

Each domestic and international franchise branch affiliated with the Markaspa platform is responsible and liable for implementing franchise standards, ensuring guest safety, and providing spa services in accordance with the standards. The facility operator and facility managers are responsible for all faults, personnel or guest complaints and grievances that may arise from the facility management, the facility or the personnel working at the facility.

If franchise standards are not met, Markaspa has the right to unilaterally cancel and terminate the franchise branch.
